Hangul Drip — Return & Refund Policy

At Hangul Drip, every item is made-to-order to reduce waste and support sustainable production. Because of this, we ask customers to carefully review sizing, color, and shipping details before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items received

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and issue

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Color expectation differences
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
