All of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. This allows us to reduce waste and create each item specifically for you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties required by their country.

Hangul Drip is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Hangul Drip is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund if approved.
